Hello there

It's been a while since my last post, sorry for my absence. I just didn't have much to share lately, my mind is like an empty cup, waiting for something to fill me up :D

12.24.2009 - Went OneUtama for Alvin and the Chipmunks 2. Treated Edward a dinner at Sushi Zanmai :D happy. Stayed over at Edward house and he had got new bed and L-shape sofa! Xmas presents from the Santa Claus ^__^

12.26.2009 - Janice's friend Lee Ing came to KL for some personal reason. We took her out to Sungei Wang and shopped till we drop. Bought a leather bag and a dress. At 8pm I dropped by a friend's house for Fumi's birthday party :D Steamboat party! Watched Titanic with fellows.

12.27.2009 - Edward bought himself a new phone - HTC Touch HD2, "the best phone ever" said the salesmen. "Oh Right".

12.28.2009 - Followed Edward back to his grandma's house at Dengkil. When we were in the supermarket which his uncle owns, I saw 3 MALAYsians parked their motorcycles right infront of the shop and stared at us like they had some intrigues. They were staring at us all the time regardless how long we'd been shopping inside! So we had been extra careful. Edward parked the car nearer to the entrance and we got on the car as quickly as we could. Those motorists left as we were in the car preparing to leave. I even saw them having a badminton carton with them. What the hell were they doing with the badminton at 8pm on jeans and without any badminton rackets? That was so suspicious! God knows what was lying inside the carton. They thought we might be busy carrying those stuff we bought from supermarket and forget about our handbags so they could get the chance to snatch our handbags. NO WAY! Edward had 2 bottles of wine ready on his hand, you know what he gonna do.

Happy New Year in advance!

Let's Go Comic Fiesta :D

Comic Fiesta is back! Edward, Fumi, Darling and I reached around 6pm, but the event was closed at 7pm. However the event counter cashiers were so kind, they agreed to offer us 2 days ticket at one day price :D Coz we told them we might not want to come on tomorrow.

My BearBerry!!!

I just couldn't believe that I'm griping a BlackBerry now. A week ago we saw promotion plan from Maxis - get BlackBerry Curve with RM 488 + subsribe to BIS RM98x6months (RM 588). My dear said he would like to buy it for me, I didn't know why was he so certain out of sudden since apparently my current Nokia 7390 is still working well except the phone standby time is really short (I think 12 hours) and bluetooth malfunction. He said he could pay the upfront RM 488 (device price) for me, I have just got to settle the other subscription fees (well marketing strategy huh, Maxis).

Last Saturday we went round and round in LowYat Plaza to test the model and I did a lot of research online. The conclusion is BlackBerry Curve 8520 has a few function lesser than its brother - Curve 8900, but it's absolutely BlackBerry budget phone. Finally I made up my mind yesterday and went to Wangsa Maju MEP to get one. Bloody them told me they only reserve BlackBerry Curve for those who sign up another plan - the postpaid plan, RM 270x 24 months. So eventually we went to KLCC as another MEP in Danau Kota has ran out of stock, we thought the main center should have more stocks. Disappointment soaked me. KLCC has ran out of stock as well and I was told to wait for 2 weeks. 2 weeks is just too much for a naive angel who thought she could get her phone on the spot. I left my contact number in the waiting list sheet and went home.

I don't know why I want it so bad, I want it to be on my hand so bad, I just couldn't wait for another second. Eagerly I called every MEP center that I can reach. None of them has stock. I even tried Celcom, as I see their plan is quite attractive as well, but they can't response to my request.

Eventually I tried DIGI, which just launched the BlackBerry Curve. They have some stocks, but their plan wasn't nice to me :( So I bought the phone at retail price. So silly me, I can actually just wait for the maxis to call me, and get my phone with 6 months unlimited BIS service. But I want it bad now!

Ok so now my phone is being charged, I'm so happy to get this Xmas present 10 days earlier from Edward ^__^!

What's Up?

Inadvertently I click on bookmarks in my Mozilla Firefox browser, I was surprised that most of my links (90%) are directed to Online Shopping Stores. There was a while when I'm very obsessed with buying new stuffs, I mean last week. I couldn't sleep well as my mind was throbbing and thinking about the items I have had in my wish list.
I don't mean that I'd cleared my mind not intending to buy any of them, however I feel I'm conscious (I always am ^_^) that I don't really need every of them.

Yesterday I went Starbucks Coffee in MidValley Gardens with Edward for the month of Dec :D Once in a month, I do think it's reasonable moreover we were sharing one drink. I couldn't finish a grande size of Frappuccino like I always did before, it's too sweet and thick. So the main purpose we were there was to pick up some fictions. (The Starbucks Coffee is inside Borders.) I bought Sophie Kinsella's Remember Me as I'd finished reading 'Can You Keep A Secret' two days ago. This book took me less than 1 month and has broke my book reading record. I think this might somehow due to my holidays.

Found Lady Gaga's The Fame Monster Album at the Rock Corner CD Store >___< Cost only RM50.90!

Random Facts: One of the 2009's Top 10 Richest Man in Malaysia - Vincent Tan (Berjaya Group Founder) has got 11 children! *Wondering how he distribute his property?* FYI Starbucks Coffee, Video Ezy and Borders Bookstores in Malaysia are all under Berjaya Group.

Exhausted Day @ Jom Heboh!

Believe me that I have done the toughest part-time job ever in my 20-year-life today! We were exposed under the sun from 9am to 7pm, selling Kellogge's cereals! Since I was wearing a singlet, I can see how much the sun touched me on my chest area. Holla, I never expected that we would be in outdoor! Shit, they promised to give us uniform but they didn't! (At least a formal polo-tee won't let the sun kissed my skin too much!) Incidentally, we = me and my bestie - Janice.

I forgot to introduce the event was actually JOM HEBOH at Stadium Bukit Jalil. I knew this event from TV, it's actually selling foods and drinks you can find in any local hypermarket, with bargain price. E.g, Maggie, Mamee, Dutch Lady, Ribena, Lipton, etc.

Besides promoting our products anywhere in the event ( we offered to do so coz standing around the booth is boring), we helped packing the products into eco bag too, for 2 hours standing there and performing the same job. Same motion and same position, and never stopped. For your information we had a really acerbic "manager" there.

My left trapezius is aching, as I'm left-handed. Luckily this event only lasts for two days, and tomorrow will be the last! Ra Ra Ra!

When Edward fetched us at LRT Station (finally got a seat) coincidentally Lady Gaga's Bad Romance came on the car radio. It was so comforting and cheering :D I'd heard Lady Gaga's songs at the Jom Heboh countless time but the feeling was exactly not the same!

I'm going off soon. and continue my "Can you keep a secret", for a peace of mind. :D Goodnight.

 xoxo,
Carrie.

Random + Christmas Wish List

I scribbled a few things I wish I have yesterday and was so sad that I'm not able to buy all of them without having 600 bucks in my pocket. I even clipped the note inside my book and left it at Edward's room recklessly. Why do I say this act is reckless? Because he might think that I'd fallen to be a victim of fashion or luxury or whatever he might think of - I'm a shopaholic! But shopaholics don't plan before they buy, do they? So I'm pretty convinced that I'm not. I'm just.. happened to fall in love with something that are a bit pricey and not-really-affordable and I want them so badly, that's all. *Good defense huh*.

Anyway my life is cozy lately, but we all know how long this coziness going to last, for a student. LOL.

Was in Edward's house today and we were watching [V] channel at 3pm. I was so excited when Lady Gaga's music videos were being played. They made me so determined to buy her new album - The Fame Monster, as an appreciation for her bringing such amazing and awesome music to my life.

Something struck on my mind at this moment- it's time for 2009 Christmas Wish List! *chuckles* I really got nothing to do, pardon me.

Bohemian!!!

Today I went Sungei Wang with my brada (Fumi) and we unexpectedly bumped into a bohemian style shop! My fashion advisor - Fumi instinctively told me that this kind of bohemian style sure suits me very well. So I picked a few of them up, surprisingly I really, really, really look great. I always know I look good on grey and brown color outfit, however earthy color bohemian style design fits me even better!!

I would have bought some if the price goes half cheaper. T.T sad sad sad.

Ciao. See ya on Sunday :D

Twilight Saga: New Moon!

Another movie after 2012 ^_^ The twilight saga: new moon!
Frankly speaking I'm not really impressed. By the way there are a few humorous scenes which made people in the cinema laughed when they were not supposed to.
Can you imagine Edward Cullen running happily with a sort of fairy tales outfit on him? Hahaha! I tried to control myself from a burst out laughing, anyway he's cool.

Before the showing we actually went Otak-Otak Place to munch one of my favorite foods - Otak-Otak! We did not order a lot as it was so freaking expensive there and we were broke. Normal price is 60 cents/stick, but there we got it for RM1.10/stick and exclusive of tax!

Goodnight! I'm going Perak for my cousin's wedding this Saturday, will be staying there for 2 days n 1 night. Have got some chores to do tomorrow (i mean, later) x_x..

Loves,
Carrie.

I want it bad.

Okay. I know I don't need it. However I still can hear my heart is squealing ' I want it bad, I want it bad'. I want a new Eyeshadow Palette! Few days earlier I wanted to have a M.A.C eyeshadow palette but since my friend told me that she can get 30 percents off on Shu Uemura, I changed my mind.

Err but I don't really think I NEED eyeshadow. I have all the basics, foundation, compact powder, eyeliner, mascara, some cheap eyeshadow palettes, lip gloss, they should be more than enough. I LOSE MY MIND T_____T Can somebody suggest me anything that can withdraw my obsession on buying a branded eyeshadow palette?

I thought of opting a cheaper yet good quality cosmetic brand e.g. Kate, since I'm a beginner on eye colors. Yes Yes this way shall work!

Chili's Day. Spice up!

Before exam I thought I had too much distractions yet I end up doing nothing here when I switch on my laptop ='D
Edward finished his exam today, and ya, this indicates that our holiday is HERE!!! Cheers to all day nothing to do! Cheers to comic and no notes! Cheers to animation and no lectures! Cheers to digital painting and no studying! and for Edward, Cheers to GAME....for a month.
We had our lunch at Chili's Grill & Bar today, a bit luxurious - for us student you know :P But I simply can't resist Chili's! I love Chili's Grill & Bar more than any other steak houses!

I promise these photos weren't look that nice like what I'm showing here :P I love photoshop!

Lately we got very cold weather here. We got rain once a day, which I really appreciate it :'D No more complaint from Edward saying my room is too hot.

Not much to post, see ya.

Loves,
Carrie.

2012

Just a quick update before I crawl to my bed.
Watched the 2012 movie @Tropicana City with Edward and Rynx (for those who didn't know who's Rynx, he's my brother :) ). I bet most of you'd already heard about the idea or concept of 2012, which says that in year 2012 our earth will be at the end. Apparently that our doomsday drops on 21st of December too.
Not going to add spoilers into this post, since I think not much people have watched it as yesterday was the first showing day of this movie. And I guess that probably you couldn't get the ticket with nice seat without reserving it - 1 or 2 days earlier. We did it but we ended up watching it on today, thus we got a not-really-nice seat at the 4th row. However this movie has had more visual effects than dialogue, so it's fine ^__^ (don't have to bother the subtitles)

I was so aghast of the visual effects done in this big production, and some of the scenes touched the deepest of my heart and soul, which are about humanity, love and family. We just can't afford to lose any of them, as a human being. However I couldn't find any hints telling this doomsday is actually caused by the destruction of earth by humans. Guess they want us to find out ourselves?
As soon as we finished the show we could hear many people whispering, which way they wish and prefer to die with, when doomsday really come true. Seriously I have got no idea about this, since I don't wish this day will come.
Loves, Carrie

Starbucks Day

Listening to: Silence

We made it today - to Starbucks Coffee @ Mid Valley Megamall. We intended to go Starbucks Coffee located in Borders to munch some books for free ^_^ I finished off the book which I lost last week The Undomestic Goddess by Sophie Kinsella! Wanted to purchase it again but I don't think it's the same value anymore, to buy a second copy, will buy it when I have looser budget on books.

Tried the Icy cold frappuccino on my new Starbucks cup, I realized it wasn't really a mess to bring your own tableware outside but of course, people get more motivated on being eco-friendly when there's discount ^__^ I got RM2 discount from the bill. <3

Grabbed another copy of Sophie Kinsella collection "Can You Keep A Secret?", haven't started reading it yet I was so attracted with the summary printed behind the book. I checked the publication date, it was 2003, holy sincerely what was I doing in 2003? :P I'm broke lately so I demanded Edward to pay part of it for me, though it was only $10 but I'm so happy ^__^ I had got discount again :D

Say Hi to Starbucks :D

What? My blog haven't been updated for - almost a week?! Maybe i was distracted by Facebook or Twitter lately :D Sorry.

Guess what, my darling found my birthday wish list top item in Sunway Pyramid! Edward had gone through many Starbucks coffee in other places but he didn't get it though. Ps: My [darling] is not Edward :D. Of course, Edward paid for it <3>

It looks simple and that's why I love it <3>
Once again thanks Darling for getting this cup I always dream for and my Dear, I know you always looking for this cup but unfortunately it unavailable in KL. Fate brings 2 little angels to me ^___^. I'm really touched ;__;

Tomorrow me and Edward are going Starbucks ^_^! Apparently there's RM2 discount for using this cup in Starbucks, it's better than nothing! :D

Meow going to sleep now. It's 2am already. Sweet Dreams <3

Updating my blog - in notepad as TNB wants us to show appreciation on them at this moment.

Typing in the dark. I should have ordered backlit keyboard for my new laptop :') But forget it I can remember where are the keys xD

Without electricity we can really do nothing, especially at night. I think practically this is intrigued by the TNB, they want us to show appreciation on them, so they cut off our electricity for more than an hour to make us aware of their importance.

My Dell studio 14 will be landed officially on tomorrow :D My dear little mommy is taking over this old one. She has got her own laptop too :D Though I will miss this laptop too since it made the best company with me for 3.5 years, without giving me any major trouble except the cracked case. aww, love you <3

When the hack does TNB want to resume the electricity! rawr!
I was reading the new prince of tennis manga online and they black out suddenly -_-|| *I plucked off my laptop battery as well. but my laptop battery is getting older, now it can only last for 1.5 hour. Supposed that I can just head off to bed, but I took more than a nap justnow.

One good thing is that I'd finished the assignment that I supposed to submit on this Friday.

Dilemma

I'd post this in Twitter, Facebook, now on my blog. I lost my book - "The Undomestic Goddess" by Sophie Kinsella! I was having dinner with my family at Klang yesterday and I put it aside from me on the next chair since I was devouring my beloved crab. That was how I left it - there..!

In fact I only have less than 100 pages more to go and I read till the climax (that was why I brought it out from the car when I was having dinner). Sigh now I'm so dilemmatic I don't know shall I purchase the same book again or just take the money for another book. I really love that book and I feel like keeping it even though this seems foolish to some people.

I need some accessories for my new laptop. A better notebook cooler, a keyboard cover, a ladies laptop case/ sleeve, an 8GB thumbdrive, an external USB port, etc. Supposed that I could spend on these gadgets, but I guess my Clinique orders are coming very soon! I got one of my friend who works for Clinique to get staff priced skin care for me :( Dilemma Dilemma. Books, gadgets, skincares. Which of them should I give the top priority in my buying list?

Dear 2nd Anniversary <3

Wonder why I was a little bit moody today, just couldn't fit into the right mood I think. In the afternoon after Edward came back from uni we were supposed to pass our day in R2 comic house (again), UNFORTUNATELY it was closed on Thursday :( Sadly we returned with disappointment and had no idea where should we go for celebration as we didn't have much cash with us.

Back to his home and I felt so empty that I wanna cry. I didn't mean to go somewhere but I just didn't want to stay at home, on such special day, feeling kinda weird and I guess this was what they called DULL. So for a little cheers Edward brought me to Lowyat (gadget window shopping!) and TimeSquare for a movie.

This movie really brightened up my day. It was not only amazing, but astonishing. Ya I watched Michael Jackson - This Is It. Seeing his rehearsal I felt that he was so passionate and enthusiastic about what he was doing, as passion is something almost everyone of us lack of. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up for this "movie" and Michael Jackson!

Ps: We're going R2 comic house again on tomorrow! Yoohoo!

Fingers on Shou-jo Manga!

Yoohoo! Visited R2 Comic House (my previous work place) today since I was looking forward to having a good rest and enjoyable Sunday :D Sunday Sunday.
Didn't know why I haven't been reading Shou-jo manga for so long, I always prefer shounen manga after I'd graduated from school. So finally today I had a touch on shou-jo manga again as I was attracted by the cover!

Taa-daa!! It's called THE ONE in english, pretty common huh ._.

So here are the synopsis.. by me :P
Lele's (pronounced in mandarin) parents were the world's famous top models, who happened to passed away due to an aircrash accident when she were still very young. Her aunt who owned a model agency company encouraged Lele to take a step on model path as she had perfect complexion and top model qualities inherited from her mom. However, Lele wasn't interested at all, until she had a peek on the world's hottest model from one magazine cover - Angus. Being attracted by such terrifying beautiful creature, Lele eventually accepted her aunt's invitation as she wanted to have a closer look on Angus someday.

Surprisingly Angus(left) had a twin brother - Eros (right) who looked exactly the same. However they were being raised separately thus they had extremely different personality. Angus was a top model while Eros was a model director - working behind the scenes.

The story was very long, I got to stop here x.x

My opinion: The guys are freaking gorgeous! and they have some BL-related issues. Still couldn't get rid of my BL obsession after years! ><

I love Eros more as he is sooo cool yet caring and he is so BREATH-TAKING! But I have a virtual friend on Facebook named "Eros" also... *sigh*.. spoiled my imagination on Dear Eros once I hook on Facebook.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
tthh... I really got to start working on my assignment tomorrow.. I called it sound clip assignment -_-. as what we are supposed to do is produce a short sound clip that tells a story. You know, I'm retarded in Sounds! It's torturing, killing, murdering, and suiciding. But still trying my best for survival! Joy to my new laptop~It's gonna reach by next week, so I have to get my assignment done before it arrives! (the actual motivation, haha)
Anyway, exam's on 16th Nov.

I'm off to bed~ Nites.

Loves and Kisses,
Carrie (Sweeting) <3>
